1. Download the widget
2. Unzip it in your PC
3. Upload the sociable folder (not just the files in it!) in your wp-contents/plugins folder
4. Login wordpress as admin
5. Go to the Plugins page to Activate the Sociable plugin
6. Go to Option and click on Sociable Tab
7. Check sociable site for appear public
8. Save the changes

Now you can enjoy the sociable widget inside your blog.
