iPay is a simple fixed rate mortgage calculator which provided you a total monthly payment. This will helps you on estimate how much you need to pay in a month. You just need to input the Loan amount, interest rate (%), loan period (calculated in yearly), annual taxes and annual insurance. iPay will return Monthly P&I, Monthly Taxes, Monthly Insurance and Total Monthly Payment.
